LOCATION: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

JOB TITLE:Roofer / Carpenter

SALARY & BENEFITS:Upto £500 per week based on experience and skills

HOURS: 1 Year Contract - Monday - Friday - 7.30am - 5pm + Opportunity for overtime

THE ROLE:

In over 28 years our client has established a reputation as a reliable and forward thinking Roofing Company who provides expert roofing services throughout Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and North London. Their services include complete reroofing, minor roofing works, leadwork & flashings, installation of Guttering and UPVC fascia's and soffits and much more.

Working alongside other contractors on around 200 - 300 houses throughout Peterborough you will be responsible for removing and replacing roofs, fascia's, guttering and cladding to occupied houses for their customer who provides social housing in the Peterborough area.

THE CANDIDATE:

This type of role will ideally suit candidates who are Multi Skilled Carpenters, Kitchen Fitters, or Roofers who are looking for a new challenge and to learn new skills and experience to add to their current skill set.

The ideal candidates need to have previous experience of working with fascia's, timber cladding, soffits, roofing and roofline products as well as being hard working and reliable. You will need to hold a valid CSCS card and possess your own tools.

KEY ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- - 3 or more years' experience in roofing, fascia's, soffits & cladding, roofline
- You must hold a CSCS card
- Experience with Hardiplank cladding is very advantageous (desirable)
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety
- You must hold a full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have high standards of work
- Team Player
- Have own transport
