Representation
*Take the role of an ambassador of the Office 2013 Rollout Project in his / her department or rollout area.
*Give Feedback to the project team and steering member of his / her main department

Test
*Define Applications that need to be tested in addition to the Connect IT listed applications with Office Interfaces
*Define Client Only Applications (e.g. Macros, Access DBs) that need to be tested
*Communicate Test Necessities for client only applications together with the project team to his / her department or rollout area
*Coordinate Tests with the project team and responsible PVs / BVs
*Provide Testing Status for Applications in his / her department or rollout area
*Track Issues together with the project team and define measures
*Approve Testing Scope for his / her department or rollout area
*Declare department or rollout area as "Office 2013 Rollout ready" (or not)

Rollout
*Approve and Communicate Rollout Timeframe for his / her department or rollout area
*Support Project Team during Rollout
*Stay in close contact with rollout areas and support mitigation of problems during rollout

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

*Fundierte Projekterfahrung im Rollout von Office 2013 oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
*Fundierte Projekt-Management und Rollout Management Erfahrung
*Min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der BMW AG IT wünschenswert
*Sprachen: fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
