Rollout Delivery Manager (Dutch Speaking)

Manage (end to end) the acquisition and build of a batch of radio sites according to the telecoms roll-out processes with the goal to realize telecom network elements with the right balance of time, money and quality.

Skills required:

- Stress resistant (pressure on delivery targets in combination of following processes)
- Ensure end to end delivery of sites in a region or cluster
- Manage Roll out team (Acquisitions, Construction, TX, Integration and Acceptance)
- Has project leading skills and experience in similar (high numbered) roll out projects
- Strong people (team)motivator
- Produces solid roll out forecasts of project results (setting targets/plan line)
- Knows the steps within network rollout projects and has a few years' experience in managing a cluster of projects/sites in Network Rollout
- Knows how to handle risks within the projects
- Manages activities of a multi-disciplinary team to reach the results needed
- Learns from mistakes, is able to admit mistakes and adapts way of working to avoid the same mistakes (use advise and lessons learned to improve yourself)
- Communicates in a clear and focussed way and shares project knowledge with colleagues, including brainstorming/discussions
- Knows how to work in balance of Time, Quality and Costs within network rollout projects
- Be able to step out for a moment and have a Helicopter view
- Having problem solving capabilities, identify bottlenecks in processes and implement

improvements - Hands-on approach, is confident in own capabilities, knows how to bring actions forward (and get them closed).
