Rollout Coordinator in a MS Exchange 2010 Project for Multinational in

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROLLOUT COORDINATOR IN A MS EXCHANGE 2010 PROJECT TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE/NETHERLANDS.

DELIVERABLE SERVICE:

- Work together with the project team and the stakeholders to achieve the project's
- objectives
- Prepare deployment plan
- Document and manage the deployment process
- Update/maintain the rollout planning
- Coordinate communication tasks
- Coordinate with the training department
- Liaise with the different departments to ensure the best user support
- Assure that the deliverables comply with the business needs
- Conduct team meetings, progress reviews and technical reviews.
- Prepare reports to the project manager and business representatives

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent communication skills in English both orally and in writing.
- Proven experience in working with people in a multinational, multicultural environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 2010
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills (ability to handle numerous
- different issues in parallel)
- Experience in meeting users needs within business constraints
- Proven experience in software deployment
- Experience in migration from Lotus Notes to Outlook is preferable
