1st/2nd line Support Engineer
We are looking for a specific talent, someone who has customer service expertise, someone with drive, and passion to help people, and with a strong IT knowledge and capability.
The service desk of this global firm runs smoothly and to a high standard. Currently we are assisting in the upgrade of Windows 10, the key objective of this role inparticular, is to train, help, support and empathise with the users of the company whilst they learn to use the product and whilst they manage the change in their processes using this product in their every day responsibilities.

Main responsibilities include;
- Promote a supportive environment for the users.
- Take owenership of queries and guidance.
- Maintain the quality control of the existing service desk ticket service.

Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 2 years experience in an IT service desk or help desk.
- Experience with quality Management or ITIL an advantage.

You will be employed by Coba IT to work on this project, our client within this service is a large firm, predominant in the financial sector. The firm is recognised as being a quality employer and has shown exceptional standards provided to its staff, with a real investment in their people.
