JOB DESCRIPTION:

10 YEARS OF MOBILITY EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE LTE AND 3G ROAMING EXP.

Technical engineering degree or 15+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE in the field

Strong communication skills and completely fluent in English

Proficient in SERVICE DESIGN that covers User EQUIPMENT TO ENHANCED PACKET CORE NETWORK to Online Charging providing different options with pros and cons.

PROFICIENT WITH ROAMING ARCHITECTURES according to GSMA and 3GPP standards.

Proficient in WIRELESS TECHNOLOGIES STANDARDS AND PROTOCOLS (3GPP, OMA, wireless spectrum, UMTS, LTE)

Proficient in DATA TECHNOLOGIES/PROTOCOLS (SGSN/SGW, GGSN/PGW, MME)

Proficient in GSM/UMTS ROAMING, specifically on DATA ROAMING (IXC,IR21 etc)

Proficient in policy and Real Time charging technologies/protocols (PCRF, OCS)

Proficient in IP ROUTING AND SCALING TECHNOLOGIES/PROTOCOLS (IPV4/V6, VRF,OSPF, NAT)

Proficient in MESSAGING TECHNOLOGIES/PROTOCOLS (SMS, MMS)

Proficient in VOICE, VIDEO, AND APP TECHNOLOGIES/PROTOCOLS (circuit, VoIP, SIP, IMS, AIN, Camel, etc.)

Proficient in specifying and evaluating service and architecture requirements

Proficient in NETWORK AND SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE (subsystems, interfaces, HW/SW dependencies, scaling).

Proven ability to manage and deliver on tight timelines Ability to Work in a multi-vendor environment

Proficient in capacity planning and Management, Tools and Process

Knowledge in Network Management, Tools and Protocols (Configuration, IP network Address Management, Performance Management).

Understands VIRTUALIZATION, STORAGE AND CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORKS (Cloud, CDM, Grid, SAN).

Understands DATA CENTER DESIGN and INTER DATA CENTER OPTIMIZATION
