A job has been created for an experienced Roaming Services Delivery Manager who will be looking after roaming services on-boarding/migration projects to centralized solution:
SKILLS:
- project management knowledge, intermediate seniority, 5+ years experience
- Ability to undertake complex assignments and resolve competing demands
- Ability to work independently in complex work environment with project teams spread in several locations and to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Standing, Strong communication skills and ability to balance conflicts
- As a nice to have requirement, high Level technical knowledge in GPRS Roaming services (Virtual Home Environment, Welcome Roaming SMS, Silent Roamers)
- Fluency in English written and spoken
TASKS:
- Lead the planning definition and coordinating concurrent projects implementation
- Proactively support Program Manager in managing escalations up to Sr. Management level.
- Accountable for information flow between project stakeholders
- Delivery project reports and ensuring that project KPIs are maintained
