Roadshow Specialist - Banking

My major Investment Banking client based in London is currently seeking a Roadshow Specialist to join their Global Research Team.

Key Skills required for a Roadshow Specialist:

*Have an understanding of Investment Banking.
*Previous experience in Corporate Access.
*Liaise regularly with Sales, Banking, Research and Corporate Broking
*Excellent communication skills - good 'client-facing' manner
*Be flexible with working hours
*Good organisational skills

The role (accountabilities):

*Manage the conference process end to end - including budgets and logistics
*Creating, collation and despatch various types of information to delegates, speakers, research and sales.
*Data entry and data management on an online conference management system.
*Creating and distributing post conference reporting in a timely manner
*Arrange bespoke Field trips
*The ideal candidate would have previously worked arranging and managing the process for Conferences, Roadshows and Non-Deal Roadshows.
*MUST be flexible with working hours.
