Roadshow Specialist - 6 month contract - ASAP start date - Negotiable rates

Bank of America Merrill Lynch based in St. Pauls, London is currently seeking a Roadshow Specialist to join their Corporate Access division.

Overview:

The Corporate Access Team is responsible for organising Conferences, Non Deal Roadshows, CBE Roadshows and Fieldtrips originating from Research, Sales and Specialist Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to use their initiative and organisational skills to facilitate the Corporate Access product.

Key skills for a Roadshow Specialist:

* Have an understanding of Investment Banking.
* Previous experience in Corporate Access.
* Liaise regularly with Sales, Banking, Research and Corporate Broking
* Excellent communication skills - good 'client-facing' manner
* Ability to be flexible with working hours
* Good organisational skills

Responsibilities of a Roadshow Specialist:

* Manage the conference process end to end - including budgets and logistics
* Creating, collation and despatch various types of information to delegates, speakers, research and sales.
* Data entry and data management on an online conference management system.
* Creating and distributing post conference reporting in a timely manner
* Arrange bespoke Field trips
* The ideal candidate would have previously worked arranging and managing the process for Conferences, Roadshows and Non-Deal Roadshows.
* MUST be flexible with working hours.
