Job description:
Planning of coverage, quality and capacity (GSM/UMTS/LTE)
Site design with main focus on configuration of antenna and cabinet (RAN)
All planning and reporting done with Telenor ancillary systems and in accordance to Telenor processes
Task:
Radio planning with Telenor tools (Astrix, MI)
Planning of new coverage on already existing sites
Prepare complete site specification
Prepare Radio Parameters and do neighbor planning
Prepare RNP documentation and work order for contractor
Required skills:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience from Rollout Projects
Experience in 3G/LTE Radio Planning
University degree M.Sc./B.Sc. in Telecom
Dedicated to system engineering tasks in radio
Have the ability to transfer theory into practice
Energetic and self-managed
Ability to work in teams
Ability to quickly adapt to new working environments and technical area.
Ability to deliver under high work load.
