RNC Integrator - Ericsson Equipment Experience (Remote work) Job

RNC INTEGRATOR - ERICSSON EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE needed for a 12 MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with YOH'S TELECOM client located in Parsippany, NJ.

- Candidates can work remotely/telecommute as well.

What You'll Be Doing:
- RNC INTEGRATOR - ERICSSON EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE WILL Provide a support for field Engineers on Ericsson equipment hardware and/or software issues and alarms.
- Network Performance and KPI monitoring and troubleshooting
- Monitor and analyses Network performance and KPI using T-PIM and Network Performance dashboard
- Supporting special RSSI alarm clearing operations.
- Prepare report of daily activities for the customers and relevant intra-division (RF and managers).
- Extract, analyze and rectify alarm report
- Allocate and follow up field resource based on alarm analysis.
- Work with RF engineers, customers and vendors to resolve issue on project.
- Perform Ericson RBS integration.
- Lead installation and perform integration of Ericsson RBS.
- Performed 911/E911, voice and data call test
- Troubleshoot and clear different alarm.
- Worked tightly with vendors and client in various levels of the project.
- Commission integrate call test and troubleshoot LTE
- Perform Power upgrade
- Integrate DUG/DUW/DUL.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Certified Ericsson RBS: DUG, DUW DUL Integrator.
- 2G/3G/4G Network Engineer with experience in cell site installation, commissioning and integrating.
- Strong UTRAN background and in-depth knowledge of RF and performance related parameters and their impact on network performance. Vast Experience on GSM, UMTS and LTE systems.
- Experience on using OMT and EMAS for integration and troubleshooting RBS.
- Experienced on Ericsson UMTS (WCDMA) and LTE OSS applications such as AMOS, Moshell and Element Manager.
- Expertise on remote supporting on alarm troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS GSM/PCS/ AWS/ LTE
- Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and Operating of telecommunications systems.
