RN or LPN Nurse Hedis Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE OR LPN NURSE HEDIS to join our client in Albuquerque, NM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accurate and complete record collection to meet NCQA/HEDIS standards
- Perform onsite chart reviews at clinics and facilities as assigned
- Facility site reviews in compliance with DHS and/or NCQA Standards by monitoring of site review reports

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- RN or LPN License in State of NM (Must be Active and in good standing)
- Must have at least two to five (2-5) years of HEDIS review Experience
- Must have Quality Assurance and Chart Review Experience with a Managed Care Setting
- Must have at least three (3) years of Clinical Nursing Experience
- Previous medical record review, data abstraction and quality experience
- Must be able to travel with some overnight trips. 80% travel time
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
