PRN - On call position.
ON CALL 7 DYAS EACH PAY PERIOD, INCLUDES EVERY OTHER WEEKEND 2:30 PM - 8:00 AM
- Develops a plan of care reflecting interventions and goals that are essential to the patient's immediate health care needs
- Makes effective nursing decisions on delivery of patient care based on clinical expertise.
- Evaluates and documents patient's response to the plan of care using electronic charting
- Directs work efforts to support overall inpatient satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current State of Ohio RN Licensure required.
- Critical decision making skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities
- Self motivated, flexible and team oriented
