RN Clinical Complaint Specialist Job

RN CLINICAL COMPLAINT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Raynham, MA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS THESE ABILITIES:

- Evaluating and reporting product complaints for medical devices
- Maintaining the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and worldwide regulations and applicable standards

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Best qualified candidate will be able to evaluate all information from a clinical perspective to ensure appropriate Root Cause analysis and investigation, and ensure that any appropriate actions are undertaken and documented.
- Providing input to complaint analysts in order to help them ask the right questions if they need to contact the complainant for additional information
- Also, may be asked to contact the complainant directly to obtain additional event information to determine MDR reportability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Best qualified candidate will have four (4) years of experience of practical nursing and/or clinical experience is required.
- Furthermore, the candidate will have the ability to work independently on routine tasks with a high attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and needs to thrive on deadlines.
- Strong oral, written, and computer skills are required.

- RN
- Licensed with State of MA
