Risk Support Manager

This is a permanent application support manager role with a top tier investment bank based in Canary Wharf, London.

For this fantastic opportunity, you will need to have:

- Knowledge of Market Risk Applications
- Technical skills in UNIX, Oracle/ Sybase and SQL Server
- Experience leading a team

You will need these skills as you will be leading the level 1 and level 2 support teams for this world famous investment bank. Main responsibilities for this role include:

- Relationship management
- ensuring the services and all component are monitored and running according to agreed SLA's
- investigating and resolving issues raised by the business and IT teams and ensuring the development, testing and implementation of change is performed and promptly, but with the appropriate level of quality.
- Manage the global team responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support
