Risk Structural Reform PM

We are looking for an experience BA/PM to support the development of a Global Risk Target Operating Model with focus on the implementation impact of ongoing Structural Reform within the Bank.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Undertake analysis on the impact of the Structural Reform on the Risk Operating Model including analysis of operational data and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
* Undertaking appropriate detailed fact gathering and analysis to drive and inform the Risk Management Strategy
* Undertaking diagnostics where required on specific areas within the Function to support creation of the TOM and ensure alignment to the design principles
* Co-ordinate with the Structural Reform workstreams, Transform Programme and Risk teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the design of the Risk Target Operating Model, Processes, Systems and Data
* Engagement with other Business Areas/Functions to ensure alignment of any shared requirements and dependencies

Candidates must demonstrate previous experience in designing and delivering Target Operating Models in Global Financial Services organisations and a solid understanding of Risk Management in Banking.
