OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Risk Consultant, the purpose of the role is to lead, direct and shape Risk's Transformation Programme, one of the banks key strategic initiatives, to ensure that Risk's future capability is fit-for-purpose.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) managing the completion of various assignments and the resolution of key programme challenges as they arise. Representing the Programme on various governance forums and working groups to ensure successful alignment with other change initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:- - Implement and govern the use of project management methodologies and disciplines across the programme
- Analyse, define and manage the resolution of a variety of programme level challenges as they arise
- Attend various (non programme) forums and workshops as the Risk Transformation lead, taking ownership of any Risk Transformation deliverables and activities
- Establish a broad network of stakeholders both within and out of Risk Transformation to facilitate the complete of key programme activities and adhoc requests
- Assist with the production of project documentation and present to stakeholders where appropriate

- Experience in working with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
