The purpose of this role is to support the Construction Risk Manager and Document Control Manager in the analysis and reporting on Risk and Document Management initiatives which will support effective oversight of governance and compliance requirements.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Undertake reporting to meet regular and ad hoc business reporting requirements providing insightful commentary and results for business attention
- Support activities for the collection, analysis and validation of construction risk and document management information
- Develop documentation and provide guidance to support improvement processes
- Provide data integrity and validation checking and provide value added resolutions or ensure appropriate escalation processes are engaged

YOU WILL HAVE

- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- Experience with document management and risk reporting
- Ability to assimilate and interpret data from various sources and make recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in telecommunications, or utility industry is a bonus
- Experience in Excel, Powerpoint, & Word skills
- Experience with Sharepoint
