Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Risk Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with business personnel to define project concept, scope, objectives and agree the approach.
Take assigned project from original concept through final implementation.
Plan and organize the system implementations and rollouts
Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project life cycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.) and coordinating with the Change Control Board.
Process Definition and Design - business process modelling
Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
User Training
Work with vendors to ensure specifications are accurate and costs are managed
Required Skills
YOUR PROFILE
5 to 10 years of experience in managing IT projects ideally in banking or trading environment
Project Management in banking or trading environment
Experience in Agile
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Market Risk, Credit Risk software applications
Business Analysis skills for process discovery and modelling
Strong customer orientation and flexibility are key to succeed
