Risk Policy and Procedures Manager

The Risk Policy & Procedure Manager will be reporting directly to both the Head of Risk and Analytics and the CEO of the company directly, offering both access and engagement with those who decide on the direction of the company.

Opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments within the business
The role has two direct reports and works closely with the Analytics team, Risk Assurance team, Fraud team, Learning & Development team, Retail and Virtual storage team, give you the opportunity to both develop your familiarity of these different operations as well as add to your own transferable skill base.

What I am looking for:

The ideal candidate will:

Have good communication skills, both written and verbally as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Be numerate, logical, rigorous, methodical and organised.
Be commercially aware and well abreast of industry and regulatory developments as well as having at least 5 years of experience within the Financial Services.
A good numerate degree or equivalent business experience
Strong Excel skills as well as some programming experience in either SQL or SAS
Experience delivering training and coaching would also be desirable.
