Risk Partner - Service Provisioning

RISK PARTNER - SERVICE PROVISIONING

The SP Risk Partner - IT BUCF is responsible for delivering the day to day engagement on Service Provisioning risk across the divested entities.

The role will require an understanding of service provision under contract, the legal and regulatory landscape and will be key to assessing the risk levels in our delivery of services external to the group.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

BUSINESS UNIT PARTNERSHIP

* Working closely with Managers and other stakeholders of Service Provision functions to identify, assess, respond to and report on applicable risks

* Maintaining and improving controls across the associated externally provided services

* Providing insight and analysis of the Divested entities risk profile and control environment

* Assisting in identifying and performing assurance activities based on the current and future risk profile in the divested business estate.

DELIVERY

* Supporting and guiding other members of the team in the fulfillment of their individual accountabilities

* Working with peers across the three Lines of Defence (eg Group Risk, Internal Audit) to identify, share and implement best practices across the risk life cycle

* Deputising for Senior Business Partners as well as across other areas of Group IT BUCF responsibility where necessary

* Developing your overall Risk Management knowledge and capability

KEY CAPABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

* Ability to engage at Manager level and build strong and effective working relationships

* Good knowledge of the operational and regulatory complexities impacting the business, from an operational perspective

* Already have, or be able to quickly gain, knowledge of any relevant technical area for which you will be responsible
