Risk Officer

RISK OFFICER - CONTRACT RISK, GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE & REPORTING REQUIREMENTS - CONTRACT ROLE - 3-6 MONTHS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk Officer to join a Leading Multi Channel Customer Communications Client acting as a primary interface between their Financial Services Clients Compliance function and the business's own function.

The role will be based from Bristol with frequent travel required between their various office locations.

This role is concerned with risk assessment and management, contract compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, information security, audit delivery and completion. You'll support the account team in maintaining a high level of engagement with central risk & governance and commercial team within the business as well as the client.

The ideal candidate will come with experience implementing, managing and monitoring within a risk-based compliance programme and will ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. As a Risk Officer you will be in a "doing" role so they are looking for someone organised and efficient, ensuring that all the required activities are carried out and documented with a full audit trail

Essential Experience:

- Proven experience of developing, implementing and monitoring a risk-based compliance program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies procedures
- Strong commercial compliance experience
- Audit compliance and management of audit process
- Extensive MI and reporting experience
- Commercial experience within a highly regulated environment - relevant regulations and legal requirements include:Data Protection Act, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Fraud and Information Security
