RISK MANAGER - MORTGAGES

Based in Gloucestershire, one of the UK's leading banks is looking for a Risk Manager with the following skills and experience;

- Ability to apply effective controls to ensure early identification of emerging risks.
- Specialist mortgage knowledge is essential, preferably with previous regulatory experience.
- Mortgage risk experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Previous evidence of effective risk management and control.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Evidence of self and where appropriate, colleague development. Proficient competency in the following areas: Collaborative Working, Delivering Change & Improvement, Change Management and Managing Relationship.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Mortgage Product Risk team to deliver a number of high profile initiatives including large scale regulatory change.
