RISK MANAGER - Driver/Fleet Management

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Risk Manager to join our nationally renowned utilities client based throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity for a Risk Manager with experience in driver and fleet risk management.

Applicants should have a strong experience of the following;

Experienced with varied approaches to driver risk management.

Experience with implementing systems and processes that will enable the company to proactively identify risk.

Manage driver assessments and training to reduce company risk. This could include the implementation of online risk assessment and E-learning modules, and a driver profiling tool.

Candidates should have experience working in a fleet environment.

Ideal candidates will have been involved in setting the parameters to proactively identify the level of risk across the driver population.

Change management and/or project management skills would be desirable.
