Risk Manager

Risk Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Degree in medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, health discipline or life sciences
- Knowledge of national and international regulations for pharmacovigilance
- Knowledge of pharmacological and medical terminology
- Quality and focus oriented
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent communicator with profound interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, solid German skills are a big plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Advancing the local execution of the Risk Management Plans (RMP) for all Gen Med, Oncology Pharma and Vaccines products in Switzerland
- Supervising RMP commitment status tracking activities in a status tracking application
- Set up and roll out the Medical Information (MI) Strategy
- Manage MI Databases: Reviewing standard answers on a regular basis, doing quality checks of data bases and developing new standard documents as appropriate
- Enhancing customer focused MI according to the clients' standards
- Coordinating training activities for MI database used by other associates
- Preparing a long-term plan for MI activities aligned with the needs of internal and external customers through annual analysis of customer needs
