Risk Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Risk Manager in Central London for 11 months.
Rate is £300-£350 per day.

As the Risk Manager you will be expected to take control of Risk and Issue activities within a large IT programme. This requires managing the Risk and Issue Process such that new risks are logged, described and processed efficiently and correctly, and reviewed, reported and escalated appropriately. The role reports to the MI and Reporting Manager.

Experience Required:
Experience as a Risk Manager in a complex Programme.
Prince 2 foundation
Evidence of applying and improving Risk processes.
Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity in order to assess the quality of risks and issues.
Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and problems to follow through to completion.
Demonstrates ability to work in a Matrix/team environment.
Good knowledge and understanding of programme/project management disciplines.
Competent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Pro-active approach to the improvement of risk behaviour and risk processes.
