Risk Manager

The responsibilities would be to screen and prepare comprehensive reports on all real estate projects to be purchased and to determine the difference between the value of the property to be purchased and the Market Price at the time of purchase. Develop policies work management in order to achieve the company's goals and protect them from all risks related to and arising from the activity. Develop appropriate plans and alternatives and recommendations to avoid or minimize the risk of the activity.

Identifying, evaluating and providing proper treatment of the company strategies and establishing the necessary procedures to protect the capital and the Board of Directors and departments operating in the company of transactions with related parties or conflict of interest.

The Risk manager would be reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.

The requirements for this role are:

10-12 years experience in the similar field

Bachelor's degree is a MUST

2-3 years of experience as a unit (Risk)

Comprehensive managerial skills

Thorough understanding of market and economic trends within Real Estate

In-depth knowledge of Risk Management within the Investment field

Knowledge of Basel II & III regulations

Arabic is a MUST
