* Good knowledge and experience of Risk Management;

* Excellent Prudential/Conduct Risk/TCF experience and ability to translate complex regulation into practical policies and advice;
* Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills, able to present effectively at meetings with senior managers and executive directors;
* Proven experience and ability to think strategically and transform strategy into delivery;
* Experience of delivering and effecting change;
* Experience of managing specialist oversight teams within matrix risk function
