Risk & Compliance Consultant - PCI DSS

Risk Consultant, Securitytrain and direct the Internal Audit team as necessary.

* To respond to customer Compliance questionnaires in a prompt, professional and consistent manner.

* To ensure all compliance elements for existing certifications are carried out in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

* Working with the business, research the impact of new working practices and certifications for external and internal requirements as deemed necessary. Collate own findings by analysis and feedback to the Senior and Strategic Management Teams.

* To effectively introduce any new certifications as proposed by the Business.

* Continually drive quality standards and continued improvements to existing processes.

* To maintain the Company Business Continuity Plan, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, SOC2 and PCI-DSS; effectively communicate throughout the Business providing training where applicable.

* To ensure continuity and coverage of the Compliance function is provided at all times.

Business Process

* Support Business Process improvement initiatives to deliver agreed customer/business benefits.

* Analyse existing Business Processes and support the design of new effective workflows ensuring efficiency and Business suitability is maximised and in line with the strategy of the Senior Management Team.

* To effectively facilitate Internal Business Process Workshops where required.

* To support the Senior Management Team to create, maintain and develop robust and streamlined operating and performance systems and processes.

* Help to establish meaningful metrics within the business and as a result, analyse these metrics to support further improvements, identification of problems and opportunities whilst using effective problem solving and change management techniques to resolve them.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of stakeholders to help implement best practice solutions and ensure appropriate and effective use of resources.

Project & Change Management:

* To work on Strategic Projects set by the Senior Management Team as required.

* To be a key player in driving and supporting effective change management within the Business.

* Act as a Champion of any new Process Initiatives within the group assisting with any implementation as required.

* Communicate effectively throughout the business to deliver key information around new processes and standards.

* Embed new processes and standards by working closely with teams and individuals.

ISO Compliance experience in the following:

o ISO 27001:2005 essential

o ISO 9001:2008 essential

o ISO 14001:2004 an advantage

* Previous experience of PCI-DSS essential.

* PCI-ISA an advantage.

* Previous experience of SOC2 an advantage.

* Internal Audit experience essential.

* Ability to develop and maintain the Company Business Continuity Plan.

* Business Continuity Practitioner qualification an advantage

* Project orientated
