IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop suitable requirements from a system as well as reporting and performance point of view
-Define UAT testing cases and execute these
-Responsible for developing a framework to prevent financial crime related activities, such as Fraud, Money Laundering and Bribery and Corruption
-Provide support for Workstream Product in regards to Product Governance (NPA, as well as development of T&Cs)
-Handling and preparing of all incoming legal questions in German and English, this applies in particular to areas of Banking law (KWG etc.)/Security Trade Act (WpHG)
-Develop a monitoring plan to mitigate operational risks
-Develop outcome testing principles to prevent conduct risk from materialize

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Fluent in German and English
-Recognised Law degree/economic law degree or equivalent
-Very good written and verbal communication skills
-Background in banking preferable
-Good information analysis/interpretation skills and PC literate (MS Office)
