For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
RISK CHANGE PMO - FINFRAG - REGULATION (5390)
The main goal of this project is ensuring the timely implementation of the new FINFRAG-REGULATION IN SWITZERLAND. We are looking for someone who will work with legal-, process- and business SME's as well as Front Office representatives on ensuring a timely delivery of the required documentation.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PMO/PM WITHIN BANKING ENVIRONMENT AND WELL VERSED IN WRITING POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND PROCESSES
- EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS, preferably FinfraG
- OTC products and markets knowhow is beneficial
- Previous working experience with implementation of Dodd Frank, EMIR
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH, GERMAN NICE TO HAVE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinating and establishing the required FinfraG policy for relevant legal entities within and outside the bank
- Streamlining bank internal processes, supporting SMEs and helping put together the policy document
- Participating in FinfraG project committees and representing the C&ORC function
- Support creation of a 2nd level control framework
