Risk and Controls Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Risk and Control Manager to join my Corporate Banking client with the following experience:

OPERATIONAL RISK EXPERIENCE IN:

Domestic and International Payments

International Trade

Libor/Loans

THE CANDIDATE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

Analytical skills - ability to identify and support delivery of KRI/KPIs

Candidate able to Break down processes and identify and assess risk and controls

1st Line of Defence Risk manager will ensure procedures comply with Bank's Policy Framework and staff adhere to the Group policies.

Oversight of Operations risk issues, including thorough review and challenge.

Experience in compiling Risk Assessments on key payment processes, ensuring that sustainable controls are implemented, monitored and reviewed.

Review of Payments/International Trade Assurance Tests

SOX controls
