Risk Analyst - MS Access and Excel

Risk Analyst - MS Access and Excel wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Creating and updating management & governance risk reports
- Support the strategic programm
- Creating ad-hoc evaluations and analyses on a wide range of loan and asset types, assessing portfolio, issuer and single client risks
- Preparing worklists for the attention of monitoring risk control for Switzerland, as well as for global units within Wealth Management
- Acting as subject matter expert in close collaboration with Investment risk control, risk methodology, risk officers, project teams and risk IT
- Preparing/sourcing data and calculating risk measures with SQL-, SAS-, VBA-Coding as well as supporting business initiatives, strategic and regulatory projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Profound knowledge of credit risk and capital market instruments
- Proven working experience in risk reporting/risk analysis
- Strong IT-Knowledge
- Excellent command of MS Excel and MS Access
- Experience in VBA
- Experience in SQL/SAS coding
- Excellent analytical skills combined with good team-playing and interpersonal skills as well as high level of commitment and strong customer focus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
