Risk Analyst - Contract - Insurance

A leading Lloyds market agency requires a Risk Manager to provide assistance and support to the Chief Risk officer and the existing Risk team in developing the Risk Management Framework both within the Lloyd's Managing Agency and the Group company, including Solvency II.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Risk Management components of future business initiatives including the establishment of a specific risk management framework and build appropriate client- specific reporting. You will also support and assist the Chief Risk Officer in developing the management of Risk across the Group, including the production of an initial gap analysis ensuring there is a common approach (including risk identification, assessment, reporting and terminology) to Risk Management adopted.

KEY SKILLS

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with Senior Stakeholders
- Solvency II
- 5+ years of working in or around the Lloyd's London insurance Market.
- Working knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Model Governance of Solvency II
- Highly numerate, literate and analytical with exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Leadership of process re-design
