RISK ANALYST
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking RISK ANALYST. The successful candidate will join a team which maintain adequate risk governance processes, define the risk appetite, analyze specific stress scenarios, and evaluate Lcapital adequacy while ensuring consistency of the risk framework and stress testing with both the bank's global framework and local requirements. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the development of risk framework and scenario definitions, concepts and projects and ensuring alignment
- Definition and documentation of relevant processes and roles and responsibilities in terms of risk appetite framework operation and governance to ensure timely and conclusive definition and reporting of key risks and risk appetite limits
- Setup and documentation of appropriate stress testing execution and reporting processes (incl. formats), in alignment with the relevant risk profile and internal and external requirements
- Collaboration and coordination with Legal Entity and Group stakeholders to discuss and assess scenario and risk appetite topics
- Supporting the setup and documentation of a holistic risk and scenario inventory.
You must possess:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in analytical risk function in banking
- Proven experience with Credit/Operational/Market/Liquidity/Treasury risk
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Risk Appetite
