Risk Analyst - 6 Months - London - £250 per day - £35,000 per Annum

An incredibly dynamic and market leading financial services organisation, is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their small team in London for a 6 Month contract.

The role is offering in the region of £250 a day or £35,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their risk skills alongside skilled Capital and Liquidity Analysts. You'll be given key responsibilities in order to showcase and advance your skills. Therefore the ideal candidate will have a grounding in Risk, preferably Collateral, Liquidity or Market Risk.

A large proportion of your responsibilities will centre around Risk Reporting. We are looking for someone with the ability and basic experience in collecting relevant financial market information and internal data, and presenting this to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication capabilities.

You will also have the chance to ensure the organisation's risk controls and limits are operating effectively. You'll be responsible for flagging areas of concern to senior stakeholders within the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creating regular liquidity and collateral risk reports for key stakeholders.
- Ensuring internal risk controls and limits are operating effectively.
- Provide support to team members as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree educated or equivalent in a mathematical, financial or economics based subject.
- Experience from a Risk based role in financial services
- Risk Reporting skills
- Liquidity and Collateral knowledge is an advantage.
