I have a fantastic new opportunity for a Risk Analyst to join a large financial services company based in Manchester for a 6 month contract basis (possibility for extensions) offering up to £250 per day. The candidate will undertake data cleansing activities and providing high quality outgoing due diligence support for specific entity types in the identified RBB customer groups ensuring all regulatory/compliance deadlines and requirements are met.

You will receive, analyse and fulfil the requirements of any required data cleansing activity with the ongoing due diligence. You will complete ongoing due diligence to the required customer standards and where required manage the customer relationship. You will ensure compliance with the group policies, procedures and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements where appropriate implementing actions to protect the group's business. You will respond to a wide range of business manager enquiries as well as provide input on reports to management, in an accurate, compliant way to monitor and control risk effectively suggesting improvements where appropriate. You will adapt to and identify changes in systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement.

You will need:

Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Management (Foundation)
* Demonstrates compliance with risk policies, processes and measures.
* Awareness, application and mitigation of risk in everyday decisions; understanding the risk and escalate appropriately.
* Completion of mandatory risk training.

Communication and Impact (Proficient):
* Confidently expresses ideas and presents opinions, respecting and valuing others' views.
* Is approachable and responds appropriately to business needs.
* Presents information and messages with clarity, communicating in a way that is meaningful to the audience.
* Seeks opinions from colleagues to build commitment and engagement.

Technical Knowledge (Proficient)
* Applies required technical knowledge of Customer Due Diligence.

Has a good working knowledge of:
* The technical knowledge in relation to the universal requirements of the Group Policy on Financial Sanctions and detailed knowledge of corresponding Customer Due Diligence and AML policies, procedures and standards. Working knowledge of RBB products and applies that on a day to day basis in their current role as appropriate.
* The various rules and policies governing the Ongoing Due Diligence function and ultimately the short term and long term implication of their actions and associated risks.
* The processes, systems, tools and techniques that are required for them to deliver in their current roles.

Attention to Detail (Proficient)
* Monitors own work - thoroughly checks the accuracy and completeness of own work.
* Organises own work to achieve accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
Internal Policies, Processes and Structures (Proficient)
* Has sufficient knowledge of appropriate internal processes and policies.
* Has a good understanding of the role of own and aligned customer/supplier departments.
