Risk Analyst

Role Purpose/Summary:

- Provide subject matter expertise in the following areas; information security, data privacy and business continuity. Lead day-to-day activities for assigned clients address issues before they become problems
- Represent organization in meetings with the client's security team; help the client understand how and why organization's security offerings benefit the client
- Lead the Supplier Risk Assessment Survey Process for assigned Suppliers using existing tools and templates to:

o Qualify Supplier
o Administer Survey to Suppliers
o Review Supplier responses
o Mitigate Supplier risk
o Create "Client Ready" risk reports
- Lead third party supplier on-site reviews as assigned
- Remain up to date on industry security trends and security policies and infrastructure
- Adhoc requests from SRM Practice Leaders
- Produce status reports on client security initiatives, upcoming site visits and remediation plans

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or international equivalent or equivalent work experience.

PROFESSIONAL: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM preferred
CISA certification strongly preferred. Strong business accumen highly desired.

Experience
Essential:
- Ability to build strong business relationship, communicate efficiently, and promote teamwork.
- CISA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years security/infrastructure protection and information technology audit experience.
- Minimum 4 years business experience.
- Experience with auditors and/or regulators
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management
- Demonstrated competency in project management in a cross-functional environment and experience in managing resources across enterprise boundaries to meet goals on multiple projects.
- Demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems

PREFERRED
- Bilingual skills helpful.

KNOWLEDGE
- Good understanding of ISO 27002 and PCI DSS Standards
- Good understanding of the COBIT, Risk IT and Val IT frameworks
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
