Risk (AML) Officer - 6 Month Contract - Parramatta

THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all relevant Anti-money Laundering documentation is gathered and completed as accurately as required by regulators for high risk customers!

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- All customers are checked where required & updates are made to the records
- Analysis and check quality assurance
- AML documentation completed
- Taking calls from the Network
- Ad hoc duties as required

YOUR PROFILE

To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience in a similar role:

- Previous Experience within an Anti-Money Laundering environment in Financial Services
- Excellent analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong influencing & negotiation skills
- The ability to liaise on all levels and develop relationships
- Problem solving skills
- High level of understanding of the AML/CTF regulatory framework impacting the banking & financial services industry
