Market Risk Management tasks in detail:

* The analysis of market risks (interest, liquidity, fx) of selected global financial services companies and monitoring of the adherence to limits.
* Periodic preparation of the quarterly interest rate risk positioning decisions · Utilization and support of the maintenance of the local treasury and market databases.
* Periodic and ad-hoc reporting of market data, treasury status and other market risk related matters
* Liaison with treasury and the local financial services companies in developing funding strategies and implementing financial instruments.
* Support of global projects in the area of finance & controlling

Requirements

University degree in business administration, Banking, Finance or Engineering, or with a strong focus on quantitative methods.

* Analytical Skills
* Working effectively in a multi-location and international environment
* Intercultural Competency
* Minimum of 4 years experience in asset liability management is a must.
* Having to engage with a range of stakeholders on all levels of the organization, this role demands good communication and relationship building skills.
* Result oriented and hands on
* Being able to present complex issues in an understandable manner on management level
* Fluency in English and preferably German.
* Solid IT know-how in Excel, ideally Access and/or OLAP databases
