RIGGERS X 30 required for various locations across the UK

We require Riggers x 30 to Install, Recover and Maintain Radio Installations and structures in Field Engineering.

Key Job Responsibilities of the Riggers include

- To ensure all work is executed at minimum cost without compromising agreed Quality and Safety standards.
- To support the TSO lead rigger on site with all installation, maintenance and recovery activities as instructed.

Key Job Outputs:

- To comply with out Code of Conduct principles.
- To comply with company operational standards and policy in executing work, and to act and behave in line with our values.
- Ensure safety processes are complied with during work activities.
- Ensure installation, planning and maintenance standards comply with ISIS, Peacemaker, Project Plans and job documentation.
- Support Safety and Quality checks by the manager.
- Control the timely completion of installations to the appropriate standards and the completion of associated records. (relevant ISIS or project plan to CRD or ARBD)
- Control the completion of maintenance inspections and the completion of associated records.
- Be proactive and take ownership by controlling the completion of re-active faults and those identified through inspections.

The successful Riggers will have the following profile:-

Professional/Technical Competencies:

- Emergency 1st aid training
- Riggers medical
- Manual Handling
- Rescue training/refresher
- WAH/Rigging training, including evidence and record of competence of:
- - RF awareness training
- - Training in fitting, use and inspection of PPE
- - Simple lifting rigs using block/rope & pulley
- - Roof safety inc access
- - Tower climbing
- IPAF accreditation on platform 1B (to be able to use/assist in working on our platforms - even ground support)
- Climbing and rigging training
- Emergency aid and Manual Handling and radio installation are mandatory. In addition elevating platform and planning courses should be completed where required.
