- I am looking for Riggers and Site Supervisors/Team Leaders - The Supervisor is in charge or the tower build, installing the antennas, cables, PIM testing etc. - also supervises the tower climbers, generally there are 3 to 4 tower climbers and 1 supervisor/team lead per team - Each team is in charge of building multiple towers within as assigned region.
- Main tasks within the team will be; Installation of antennas, transmission line including foam or air dielectric coaxial cable, hybrid cable (fiber and DC), connectors, TMAs, diplexers, and jumpers, General Rigging. Tasks will be distributed within the team in line with their experience.
