With this come new opportunities for talented individuals to join our busyNorth Seaplatform teams, including a rig superintendent / senior toolpusher. * You will ideally be working at senior toolpusher level on a similar drilling rig, experienced toolpushers and night toolpushers will also be considered. * You will have a sound technical knowledge of all appropriate processes and operations, and have proven experience with the equipment and tools. * Offshore and well control certificates must be valid and up to date. * Your knowledge of well control should be comprehensive. * Your communication skills must be excellent, as you will be required to train and mentor the drill crew and liaise with senior management and client representatives both on and offshore * Health, safety and environment will be at the forefront of all your actions. * You can provide examples of: 1 Proactive and effective leadership of personnel 2 Driving through safety performance improvements In return we are offering a highly competitive salary of around £106,000 with an additional monthly performance bonus of up to 19%, a 5% pension scheme, health and dental care and life assurance. The rotation is still to be confirmed but is likely to be 2/3. This is a senior post, and it is therefore presumed that you will possess a thorough understanding of what is required, which in brief will include: * Drilling operations, maintenance and supervision. * Payroll, equipment, materials, and reporting data records. * Health and safety training, reporting, monitoring and prevention. * Personnel performance and behavioural management. * Attending meetings and additional training offshore and onshore, as required. * Commitment to deliver 'Safe, effective and trouble-free operations'.
