Rig Manager - Queensland - Permanent Opportunity

There is an immediate opportunity for experienced Rig Managers to join an international drilling contractor in Queensland. You will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing business which operates some of the most modern rigs in the market. You will have extensive rig management experience, a strong focus on HSE and proven ability to manage land based rigs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage entire rig operations including crew and rig.
- Management and enforcement of HSE policies to ensure safe practices at all time
- Liaise with superintendents regarding hazards, inspections etc
- Identify and manage maintenance programs

You MUST have:

- NATIONALLY RECOGNISED CERTIFICATES INCLUDING: IWCF; FALL PROTECTION; PERMIT TO WORK AND HOLDER
- CERT IV OR DIPLOMA IN ONSHORE OIL & GAS DRILLING - ESSENTIAL
- Strong HSE exposure
- Proven Rig Management skills
- Significant Land Rig Experience

The salary will be in line with relevant experience and will be in the region of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum. Salaries outside this range will be considered for exceptional experience.
