Ricefw Coordinator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Transmission and explanation of planning regarding the development orders of the rollout managers
- Dentification of capacity bottlenecks and elaboration of prioritization concepts for transmission to Integration Management
- Review and quality assurance of documentation in the systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Coordination and distribution of development tasks within the development team
- Resource planning and coordination of necessary planning and ordering processes
- Alignment of schedules and project plans of individual rollout projects according to the RICEFW backlog for all ongoing rollout projects
- Distribution of planning results to project team members and stakeholders as specified by the Factory Lead
- Review of documentation and test results for quality assurance purposes
- Elaboration of process improvement in the RICEFW process for the Factory Lead
- Analysis of RICEFW processes and integrated communication with crossstream RICEFW
- Development of a recommendation for action based on the analysis to increase efficiency and transparency
- Training for all RICEFW team resources.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Deep understanding RICEFW
- Ery good command of written and spoken English
- Very good expertise in project management
