RFIC Consultant - SIM CARD, UICC, 3GPP, ETSI

DESCRIPTION

The RFIC team develops next generation cellular RF transceivers, within a multi-site environment in close collaboration with other RFIC teams. We are looking for an experienced RFIC/analog layout engineer who is highly motivated and efficient in their work. The candidate will create fully optimized layouts for parasitic sensitive RFICs. The layout engineer will also build the layout hierarchy and complete top level RF/analog layout and all the required design verification checks prior to delivery (DRC/LVS/ERC/DFM/density). Prior experience of RFIC layout and top level RF/analog layout is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

BSEE or MSEE.

At least 10 years of professional experience in RF/analog layout for high performance circuits. Highly desirable that layout experience covers the layout of circuits used in wireless transceivers.

Experience of both sub-cell level layout and top level layout.

Good understanding of RFIC/analog layout trade-offs.

Good understanding of substrate connections.

Highly proficient with RFIC/analog layout design flow in Cadence.

Good understanding of layout verification checks.

Strong skills for correcting LVS errors.

Experience of SiGe BiCMOS and advanced CMOS technologies.

Self motivated team player.

Pro-active in collaborating with other engineers.

Strong communication skills.
