Rate: Negotiable - Up to 45-60 Euros per hour Dependent on experience (negotiable)
Contract duration: 6 month initial with strong possibility of renewal
Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands

I am currently recruiting a RF Test Engineer for my client based in Nijmegen, Netherlands to implement the industrial RF Test roadmap for high-tech smart antenna systems and components.

The RF Test Engineer will drive new RF test methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability to secure the BL SAS RF test roadmap.

RF Test Engineer responsibilities:

*Take the lead in driving, developing, implementing and testing new RF test methodologies that improve the way of working to include (calibration, test time, accuracy).
*Drive the DFT strategy of complex new products that are in-line with SAS Test strategy, fulfilling target costs and high quality requirements.
*Work with multi-disciplinary teams (located globally) to identify and protect risk new products or technology releases.
*Manage the development of Industrial Test Facility (ITF).
*Define the required RF HW, write and debug test software.
*Drive the release of RF ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites with close cooperation with local teams
*Support test and product engineers at production sites in competence build-up, identifying cost reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers
*Support the Test manager in developing the team

Skills/experience:

*7 - 10 years testing experience in RF semiconductors to include high volume industrial testing
*Good programming skills (C++, VBA, Labview).
*Creative and proactive team player
*Desire to take the lead in projects
*Able to take ownership and initiative, target driven and international team player.
*Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills in English
