RF SENIOR CONSULTANT (SOUTH EAST REGION)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead a cross-functional team by analysing and understanding telecom operators' challenges and business strategies.
- Provide consulting service to clients, assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on HUAWEI's technology suite.
- Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level manager; create Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts in the responsible field (MBB, especially); represent HUAWEI business solutions to appropriate industry forums.
- Develop business consulting tools and capabilities, help to improve the competence of the team.

Target in 6 months probation:
1. Take part in department training, learn successful business cases, master the skill of MBB business consulting.
2. At least deliver one or two MBB (UMTS/LTE) consulting project.
3. Complete 2-3 high level customer workshop or Summit.

Candidate Requirement:

- At least 5-6 years' Experience in areas of business/solution consulting or strategic planning, marketing strategy, business development
- Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry is required and essential
- Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management kills
- Good time management and communication skills;
- Operator, vendor or telecommunications consultancy backgrounds is highly desirable
- Previously held a leadership position and experience in telecommunication sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business is required; MBA is highly desirable;
- Good English communication skill, be able to communicate with client fluently
