HUAWEI/M2000/ACTIX/HUAWEI RAN13/14/UMTS/3G/OPTIMISATION/OPTIMIZATION/RADIO
3G/UMTS RF Optimisation engineer required on a 6 month contract in Belgium.
-RF strategy deployment recommendation
-Feature fine tuning deployment like HSUPA 5, 7 Mbps, HSDPA DC
-Relevant experience on improvement of subscriber experience
-Deep troubleshooting capability, identify issue and resolve it
-Minimum 7 years' experience in 3G RF optimization/engineering
-Minimum 3 years' experience on Huawei 3G equipment RAN13/14.
-Familiar with M2000/PRS/Actix
-Fluent in English
-Able to convince customer with argument
