Connect44 is looking for RF Optimization Engineer for project in Warsaw-EU residents
Requirements:
- NSN technology experience
- 3G cluster optimization to achieve cluster acceptance by Customer
- Checking and correction of neighbors definition
- Checking and correction physical layer
- Troubleshooting on RNC and NodeB level ( fishing macro, megamon)
- Parameter tuning
- End user complains investigation ( VIP or other cases escalated by customer )
- Drive tests logs analysis
- Engineer will be member or Customer team and supervised by Optimization Manager from Customer.
